  • 1/2 bag Chopped cabbage, kale, Brussel sprouts I used Trader Joe's Cruciferous Crunch
  • 1/2 bag Broccoli Kale Slaw I use Trader Joe's Broccoli Kale Slaw
  • 1/2 bag Lettuce Your choice
  • 1 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1 cup carrots cut into matchsticks (I buy them that way to save time)
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper optional
  • 1/4 cup Ken's Steakhouse Light Asian Sesame Dressing If you like more dressing, add 2 additional Tbsp
  • 4 tbsp garlic ginger wontons I use Fresh Gourmet
  • 1 ounce sliced almonds


  1. Add cabbage, kale, Brussel sprouts, broccoli slaw, kale slaw, lettuce, carrots, and edamame to a bowl. 

  2. Slice red pepper into small, thin strips and add to bowl.

  3. Chop all together into small pieces. I chop it directly in the bowl.

  4. Add dressing and mix thoroughly.

  5. Divide into two equal portions. Top each serving with half of each of the won ton trips and sliced almonds. Serve!
